Mariella Enoc was appointed by the Holy See in 2015 as President of the Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital, where she had already served as a member of the Board of Directors. Born in Novara in 1944, after studying classical subjects and medicine, she has been involved in the administration and management of healthcare institutions. Since 2012, she has been the Special Attorney of the Valduce Hospital in Como, and she previously held the same role for ten years at the Cottolengo Hospital in Turin. She has served as President of Confindustria Piemonte. Currently, she is Vice President of the Cariplo Foundation and the Cini Foundation, as well as President of the ISMU Foundation and the Don Mario Operti Foundation. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the University of Eastern Piedmont.
